Question 1

Can we migrate our existing client list?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clients, companies, matters and open balances can be imported from Excel or CSV during setup. We map your columns with you before anything is loaded, and you review the result before going live.

Question 2

Is our data stored in the EU?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The hosted version runs on EU infrastructure, with data encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export your full dataset at any time, and we delete it on request.

Question 3

Can we self-host Dikigoros AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Firms that prefer to keep everything on their own infrastructure can run Dikigoros AI on a server they control. We assist with installation, updates and backups under the Custom plan.

Question 4

Does it handle VAT invoicing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invoices are built from a service and expense catalogue, VAT is applied per line item, and each invoice prints to a clean PDF. Payments and outstanding balances are tracked against the matter.

Question 5

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most firms are working in Dikigoros AI within two to three weeks, depending on how much history is migrated and how many document templates are prepared in advance.

Question 6

What if we only need part of it?

Accepted Answer

Start with clients, matters and tasks. Templates, invoicing and the corporate registry can be switched on later without re-entering anything.
