1. Who we are

This website and the Dikigoros AI software are operated by Tortera Holdings Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 496600, with its registered office at Makrasykas 8a, Lakatamia, Cyprus ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms govern your use of this website, the demo request process, and any evaluation access we grant you.

2. Acceptance

By using this website or submitting a demo request, you accept these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a firm or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.

3. Not legal advice

Dikigoros AI is practice management software. Neither this website nor the software constitutes legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship is created by using either. You remain solely responsible for your professional obligations, including advice given to your own clients, compliance with the Cyprus Bar Association rules, and any anti-money-laundering duties applicable to your firm.

4. Demo requests and evaluation access

When you submit a demo request we collect your name, firm name, firm size, email address, telephone number and any message you provide, and we use it to contact you about Dikigoros AI. Our Privacy Policy explains how that information is handled.

Any evaluation or trial access we grant is provided for assessment purposes only, is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time. A separate written agreement governs paid use of the software.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website or software for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or data that is not yours
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our prior written consent
• Copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the software, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others or that you are not permitted to disclose

6. Your data and confidentiality

You retain all rights in the client data, matter records and documents you place into the software. We do not claim ownership of that content and we do not sell it. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as a processor under your instructions, and a data processing agreement will form part of any paid engagement. We treat information about your clients and matters as confidential.

7. Our intellectual property

The Dikigoros AI software, this website, and all associated text, layouts, designs, and trade marks remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website and software available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we may carry out maintenance that causes downtime. Service levels for paid use, if any, are set out in the applicable written agreement.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, this website and any evaluation access are provided "as is", and we exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of your use of this website or of evaluation access is limited to EUR 100. Liability in respect of paid use is governed by the applicable written agreement.

10. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed. Material changes affecting paid customers will be notified separately.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
